If the $108 balance and all payment requirements are in place by the 20th, it can be issued during that month's payment cycle.
Does Estimated Revenue Count?
No. Estimated revenue is provisional YouTube Analytics data. The payment threshold is measured against the finalized payments-account balance.
Estimated revenue may change because of:
